Slipknot's video for the song Dead Memories.

Not a bad song, IMO. The video's kinda cool, and funny in some ways. Nothing like the epic stand-off with a giant Mick Thompson. And is it just me, or does Paul look extremely devious in this video?

Didn't enjoy it tbh. It was really mediocre :ugh: I actually really liked Psychosocial, but this is WAY too Stone Sour for my liking.

Wow, its like, they took the worst parts of every song from the last album and raped them together to form this piece of shit.

Seriously, this song suck donkey nuts. Big ole donkey nuts. INDUSTRIAL SIZED EQUESTRIAN TESTEES.

THere are good songs on the album, though.

One of Slipknot's better vids, imo. But the song is such a departure from their earlier stuff.

You're not alone, I like it too :wavey:
Not as heavy as the rest of the album, but I like it and the video rocks, too!

The new album is much less heavy than the others IMO. There are still good songs, but so far as 'heaviness' goes, it isnt there for me.

This song is a little on the light side for me, slipknot should keep the heavy, leave nicer songs to stone sour. (I love that shawn still has that damn baseball bat though lol)

and who would win

Mick vs Petrucci? Both massive lol

Song reminds me of a rejected Stone Sour idea.

Video has some entertaining parts, though.

Well I kind of like the new album.. but the previous three were better.. Maybe I like Mate. Feed. Kill. Repeat. even more

How did the same men that made the mighty "Iowa" produce this dump? "Dead memories" is an atrocity of a song. I really liked "All hope is gone" and thought it had loads of quality musical moments, but this is easily the low point of the album, along with the complete let-down of a chorus to "Gehenna". The video wasn't all that great either, I don't see anything exceedingly artistic about it, but then again I don't think I've seen a music video that really blew me away since Rammstein's "Ich Will".
