Hey

Nice groove, but too compressed! Overheads need to breathe a bit as well as being lowered quite a bit.
Personally, I think the kick doesn't need any room at all (you can hear its reflections in stereo). Snare is also virtually missing. It will need more attack and a snappy envelope. However, I'd sort out that compression issue beforehand before even thinking of balancing anything.
