New strings feel like a fucking brand new instrument.
I went from 10-46, 60 to 10.5-48, 66 tuned to have a step down with the drop, it actually feels like a real guitar now. Just need to upgrade my pod and I might finally get something sounding half decent.
I recorded the start to an older track. The drums are a bit off n some of the guitar was rushed and dry sounding but it still sounds a lot thicker to me.
All these years of playing guitar and I never really knew the value of big fat strings aaarhhh
It's just too bad the higher strings are starting to bronze already, guess im a little too dirty for it
