Looks sweet but I agree, a custom guitar should come with a case :scratch:

strangely enough, shipping in a case has a larger chance of damaging the guitar. i´ve seen many NGD picstories where the guitar was damaged in the case. shipping in a case is also more expencive.

Patrick has his clear reasons for shipping the guitars without a case. he also reinforces the cardboard with plywood plates IIRC.

Morten pretty much nailed it. It's more expensive to ship them out in cases, and Pat isn't that confident in shipping them inside the case, even when wrapped properly, due to the abundant horror stories out there.

You nailed it Morten!!! And yeah Patrick does reinforce the cardboard with plywood plates.

It took me 15!!! minutes to unpack the guitar and I doubt that there's a safer way to send a guitar. Additionally I already had a case for the guitar... :agreed:
