I played both the 7 and 6 string versions of these recently (at sam ash no less. weird), and they have a VERY comfortable neck profile. I'd say the 6 was a little thicker than my dinky (dkm2ht), and more of a D shape? Like, it just barely had some shoulders and a little bit of meat on the back so there was something to hang onto. The 7 was a little bit narrower from the low a to the high e than I expected. Also very comfortable, but not so thick that you're playing on a baseball bat
