I am strongly considering getting a tortoise shell pickguard to stick on a la http://www.richardlainegard.com/uploads/5/0/6/6/5066890/1346240873.png especially since glassmoon already put on block inlay stickers but then it would cover a bunch of the sexy flakes.

Really looks great man! The original gbk 2228 will always be my favorite, can't believe they're discontinuing them. I think the enormous white bricks look sweet as well, gotta love white 808x's!

Seriously, pictures do not show the "sexy flakes" very well. In person, "Galaxy Black" looks really nice, in photos, the color should be called "Fuzzy Grey."

Yep. I've never seen Galaxy Black in person, I'm sure it looks incredible given how the two GW's I have look. Not the best in dim lighting either... but so good in the sun.
