Hello friends, here is my latest acquisition, found a used 2016 San Dimas HH HT in excellent condition for a great price. Nice bridge, Duncan JB/'59, compound radius fretboard, no-load tone pot, push-pull volume control. Haven't had much time with it yet (newborn takes a lot of my time right now), but I did change strings and check out the action. Where have locking tuners been all my life?

here are some pics. Enjoy.

I've had gas for these for a while. Also, the 1900 dollar US select versions as well. So simple, so sexy

Congrats on the new baby! (And the newborn baby too!) That's one sweet looking guitar! I've always had a soft spot for dual humbucker guitars with a hardtail!

This looks very lovely, especially the truss rod wheel near the neck pickup.

I wish Charvel would make a hardtail San Damis model with a pickguard (the Jake E. Lee sig is close but it's HSS instead of HH and not to mention the really high price), I'd instantly get one if they make it happen.

beautiful, simple, and classy! love it! and yeah, when I finally got a guitar with locking tuners in my hands, I also wondered why I hadn't discovered them sooner.

There's just something so appealing about these Charvels and I can't work out what it is.

Smooth, clean lines maybe, I dunno.

Normally I'd be all "ewww, boring dots" but this just looks right.

Cool to see a hardtail charvel. I never got into them because they always had floyd roses.
