NGD: Iron Horse Custom Fanned Fret 8 string

Hey guys,

I just got this guitar after a long wait. It plays very well (like my vigier), and is very light (weighs about 6lbs). The neck is modeled after a jp7, and is very thin. The other thing I love about this guitar is how compact it for a 29-25.5 scale. Its about the same length as my jp7. The string tension is just awesome too! Very tight and clear tone that's very bright!

Here are the specs on the guitar:
Walnut Top, Swamp Ash Body. Bare Knuckle Emerald in the neck, DiMarzio Dactivator in the bridge. Individual ABM saddles. 5 piece Maple neck with Amazon Rosewood stringers, custom made truss rod. Amazon Rosewood Fingerboard, Stainless Steel 0.103" fret wire.

The neck heel doesn't get in the way at all. It has insane upper fret access!

Lol, yeah it's funny how the whole slanted pickup debate goes with fanned frets. After talking with guys at seymour duncan, Dimarzio and Charlie Hunter, it really doesn't matter.

Yeah I think it's hard to make headstocks look "natural" on fannedfrets. Otherwise I think it's a pretty standard looking headstock.

they are great! the dimarzio is bright, while the bk is smooth yet punchy.
