I think this post makes me an official member of this forum now after what like 6 years?

And one more of that sparkle.
First thing this finish is BEAUTIFUL but extremely difficult to photograph.
So I did it...I finally did it and went out and got myself a 7 string. I've wanted a JP for a very long time at this point and there's actually a pretty funny story about how I ended up with this one.
I went to my local GC for the annual trade in event to try to get some cash towards a JPXI 6 string that they had in. Long story short they obviously don't want my business as they passed on my guitars before I even took them out of the bag, despite the fact that I told them I was going to buy the $1800 guitar hanging on the wall. They apparently had "too many used items" so...fvck em.
So instead I started browsing and I found this JP12-7 BFR (which I guess they're all BFR's but this one still has the 12th inlay) for LESS than than the JPXI I was going to buy. So I pulled the trigger and said Merry Christmas to me It's literally in mint condition, all of the case candy is with it and I couldn't be happier with this purchase. I'm gonna need to do a full setup on it as it came to me with no tension on the strings but other than that I couldn't be happier! Guess I need to decide on a tuning too ha, probably drop G.
Anyway thanks for looking and maybe reading all of this!
