I'd been after a baritone scale 7 string for a while and I'm really fond of the Stef Carpenter models, which is partly because I'm such a massive Deftones bummist... Wasn't sure about getting it in black though as I don't really dig the silver hardware on black finish aesthetically, and I also know from experience that black finishes and fingerprints don't mix in a very sightly way. After searching for a while for a version in the natural gloss finish, which I really like the look of but they haven't made for a few years now, I finally came across this on eBay in brand spanking new condition.

Specs:
Neck-thru construction
Maple Neck
Alder Body Wings
EMG 81-7 Pickups
27" Baritone Scale
Rosewood Fingerboard
48mm Standard Nut
Tonepros Locking TOM Bridge

I still have the factory strings on there (10-56 as far as I know), I've been playing it in Drop Gb/F# (Saturday Night Wrist tuning) and the string tension is holding like it's nothing at all. Really loving the feel of this guitar so far but I'm thinking to eventually swap out the bridge pickup for a 707x. Now here comes the porn-

Cheers for the comments guys!

t_phong, I'm pretty sure it's a 2005 model, and you may be right about the mahogany as my 608B is 2008 and is mahogany. The person who I bought it from listed it as Alder but he may well have just been going by what is now currently on the ESP website! I might email the UK ESP shop to see if they have any info.

nice man! i just picked one up myself. owned the burst finish 25.5 scale sc-607 before. i liked that finish better but the mahogany sc-607b kills it sound wise imo. enjoy!
