So as many people may be aware (or may not be), Ormsby Guitars have been in the game of "production' model guitars with their GTR runs. The first run including two models the HYPE and the SX. Coming in both 6 and 7 string versions and a vast aray of colours. This is mine and ive had it for a month now and im abasolutely loving the guitar! Check out the pics below and the specs.
25.5" - 27.8" Multiscale
Body dimensions (thickness): 38mm HypeGTR. For comparison, Jacksons, Ibanez RG, Fender Strats, etc are generally 47mm.
Alder body 3 piece maple neck, ebony fretboard
24 frets
Neck shape: 20.3mm @ 1st, 22 @ 17th, D shape with round shoulders. AKA "thin U"
500k pots for volume, a 3 way toggle, and 500k push/pull tone pot for coil splitting. Bone nut.
Pickups:
- Nunchucker A8 Humbucker Bridge (Hype)
- De La Creme A2 Neck (hype)
