Strictly 7 - Solar 7S
Matte Black
Duncan Distortions
Stainless Steel Frets
27.5″
Ebony Fingerboard
Body Wood: Northern Ash
Neck Wood: 7-pc maple/walnut neck thru

edit:
just added one of my posts from below...
Recorded something simple to see what it sounds like in a mix. My mixing skills are terrible, and so is the bass tone :p

Guitar and bass played through the AxeFX2 with my Solar 7.

edit2:
Just threw together another mix with a different tone. I am really starting to like this one. I stole the riff from toolfanem on the fractal audio forums/soundcloud, so credit goes to him for my shitty rendition of it.

Love it. Been GASsing for an S7 lately, especially since Ola's new cd came out. The only thing that puts me off are the longer scales. I'm just a bit unsure about them.

mod edit: if you want to point out an actual flaw that's one thing, but let's not just be a dick in somebody's NGD, mmm'kay?

Looks nice! Question, what are those droplet looking marks on the fretboard? You can see them by the inlay in the closeup pic.

Yea, I'm not sure. Looks like maybe something dripped on it in the manufacturing process...You would think after 10 months of being made that it would come out perfect :/
The guitar plays very nice though. I love the pickups, and I don't mind the huge neck thickness and large scale as much as I thought I would.

I think it's in the wood rather than a factory mistake.
