Recorded something simple to see what it sounds like in a mix. My mixing skills are terrible, and so is the bass tone

You'll find that on different types of ebony. I think it looks awesome, actually.

Some ebony has streaks in it that are as light as maple. There's not a type of tree that is actually called "ebony".

Love it. Been GASsing for an S7 lately, especially since Ola's new cd came out. The only thing that puts me off are the longer scales. I'm just a bit unsure about them.

Yea, I'm not sure. Looks like maybe something dripped on it in the manufacturing process...You would think after 10 months of being made that it would come out perfect :/
The guitar plays very nice though. I love the pickups, and I don't mind the huge neck thickness and large scale as much as I thought I would.

I think it's in the wood rather than a factory mistake.
