Noob 7-string ?

ive been looking for an ibanez s-series 7 string guitar on the net, similar to the one buz mcgrath from unearth uses but i cant find a single ibanez 7 string model besides the rg models. did ibanez stop making an s-series 7 string? or am i just not looking in the right place?

which S do you mean? the black one's a custom shop model & the Blue one you can still pick up but there's not many around, I'd like one myself.

you can still get those if you look around hard enough they occasionally pop up on ebey.

To elaborate, Ibanez did stop making the S series 7 strings a while ago. So you're out of luck for a new one, but they can be found used with a little persistence.

Be prepared to pay around 500-600. They come with ibanez stock pickups not EMGs like Buz's, but apparently they sounds pretty damn good in the guitar. You could always get a RG7621/7421/7321 used for around 200-300.

ah man that sucks tey dont make that model anymore, does ibanez make custom guitars to the exact specs of a customer say like esp and jackson do or is that another thing they dont do?
