Not sure if I should love or hate this (ambient)

Hey, I'm a recording noob, trying to come up with an ambient/trippy sound for a song I'm doing. You guys are the pros, so let me know what I did well, poorly, or didn't do. Any tips are helpful. Thanks.

What guitar did you use for this? And what did you use for the pads?

The only tracks on this are actually one bass, and five guitar tracks. All of the tracks use the preset "bad" (Under clean guitar) on the pod x3, which I modified. On one of the tracks, I turned up the feedback on the delay pedal up to 88 - 94% (I can't remember exactly because I forgot to save it.) Thats whats giving that little whistling synth pad type effect.

The guitar is an all stock Ibanez S7320.

Mix wise, what might be improved upon?
