Does richlite have a smell? My fretboard kind of smells like piss/chemicals when I get up close and personal with it😶 Might just be my guitar....
My fingers don't smell after playing it, though.
Yes, it does; but that's more of an issue when you're working with it. It's the dust that's supposed to smell.
Is it a new guitar? Mine had a faint odor to it when it came in but it wore out pretty quickly.

I got it a few months ago, but it's been sitting in its case for 90% of that time. I think I just need to play it more so it can air out 😃

I didn't know that Richlite had a smell. I only had one guitar with that type of board and I bought it used.

It basically smells like burning plastic when it's being cut or sanded ime. At no point should it smell like piss lol

Just curious: has anyone's WTB post on this site actually worked out?
Yes, but in reverse... I was looking to offload a natural finish SC-607B and somehow searched up an old WTB on here. To my surprise, dude was still interested and paid my asking!

So yes, his WTB worked out.

No time to spellcheck when so busy smashing-together tasteless customer orders and- it being Carvin in the 90s- putting an overt roundover on everything.
Hey, Option RB - rounded body sides - $40 was the bevel of the '90s!

Not a fan of this recent trend I'm seeing in online comments of people using the word rawdogging for things that aren't rawdogging.🥴

Random thing that nobody will care about but I think this is the only guy who does a playthrough on this 19 year old song, I'm transfixed seeing it played for whatever reason.

Used to love this band and flat out forgot all about them. Had "Blind" on cassette tape. The intro track was sick.
