NPBD (new pickup bolts (BKP))

So, for mostly aesthetic reasons, I ordered 28 black hex screws from BKP for my Aftermath set & they arrived yesterday. Before swapping them all in, I figured "hey, let's go halvsies" Tell me what you think! Leave it or install the other 14 black bolts?



With the RGA because why not?

You guys were right, looks way better with all black bolts:



Problem is, these pickups are still not a good sonic match for this guitar. So, these will either be replaced with a set of aged nickel/black bolt Juggernauts, or some Black Hawks. Aftermaths will be up for sale within a couple weeks!

The Aftermaths don't sound good in the RGD? I put ceramic Warpigs in mine (2127FX) which is a perfect match. Depends on what type of sound you're after of course.

Does look pretty sweet with the black bolts though.

I've never had a good experience with aftermaths in RGs. (JEM, UV, RG927)

Still think the Warpig is the best match for the UV atm.
