NUFERGD???!! (56k warning.....)

I had an epic friday at Guitar Center. Yes....Guitar Center. I graduated high school on saturday and I have been looking for a graduation present all over the place. Originally, it was going to be one of the standard intrepids with the single pup and bolt-on neck. However, after talking to parents, they wanted me to look for a better deal. So i decided to go to guitar center on friday night and low and behold....this Agile Intrepid 828 MN Pro was sitting in the used department for $300 + rondo case. I knew that this was my deal. The only thing wrong with it was a chip on the bottom of the guitar.

So, I waited for this dude to be done playing it and instantly I fell in love with it. The low range, long scale, simplicity, and beauty all contributed to me wanting to purchase it. This being my first 8 string, I am very very impressed. It plays like a dream and it actually fits my big-ass hands. And I usually hate EMG, but I am digging the 808. The guitar is currently a half-step down from standard.

Damn! You sir, got lucky. I would kill for a Agile 828 Pro for that price. And yeah, they did only pay $150 for it. Having dealt with GC in the past, they will always sell it for twice as much as they bought it for. So, if you are selling something, find something similar they already have used in stock, and you'll probably get half that.

But, anyway, damn, you lucky sumbitch! Happy NGD, and congrats on graduating. I still have another year in high school (I'm sitting in my third period graphic arts class as I type this)! I gotta find me one of these, cuz I have my old Lotus bass tuned up a half-step to play 8 string stuff atm. It works, but the tone SUCKS.

Gongrats man for graduating! I graduated too from vocational school as an autobody repairer and now im going to army next month. Need to get some kickass guitar after that because my RGA7 doesn't quite fill my need's .
