Obscura - Akroasis - Official solo playthrough and tab

Hey guys, for many reasons (number one being all the bad vibes created during the making of the album and my split with the band) I evaded making playthroughs of my guitar parts on Obscura´s "Akroasis" album until now.
Not anymore though, here´s video #1, the guitar solo for the titletrack, by far the thing that I got asked about most often during the last couple of months, hope ya´ll dig!

It's not working for me, but the audio on the other playthroughs is working.

He is. The solo is freaking awesome. The artificial harmonic followed by the tap harmonic on bars 25 and 26 is bad ass. Simple yet very effective. That one note (4th fret on high E string) on the arpeggio run on bar 17 is weird. Weird in a cool way. I was learning it and was like, "Whoa!!! What note does he want me to play!!!"

I am definitely gonna pay closer attention to Tom's music.

That was insane! I've watched the video about 30 times now. The tapping parts looks like one of those impossible tabs you make in guitar pro. The Hybrid picking was ridiculous.

The tone knob swells and killswitch parts are such cool additions too.

What happened was that Steffen Kummerer had all my Obscura videos taken down on facebook, just like he did on youtube last year. Then I uploaded it to dropbox, but the traffic caused my DB to shutdown.

Man, that was freaking hard to learn!!! I got all the notes and patterns memorized but I don't know if I'll ever be able to play it at it's normal speed.
