This one. There's plenty of good threads about rhythm on here. Learn about lengths of notes, then read up on simple and compound time signatures, practise counting rhythms made up of groups of 2 and 3 notes, make up a time signature by putting a number of beats (generally under 20) on top of a length of each beat (4ths, 8ths, 16ths) and work out how it could divide into groups of 2s and 3s.

Time signatures of 8th notes (quavers) generally have some groupings of 3s. 6/8 is typically 2 groups of 3, which feels like 2 long beats which divide in 3. 9/8 is typically 3 groups of 3, which feels like 3 long beats which divide in 3. However, you could make 9 out of one group of 3 and three groups of 2, arranged in any order (2322, 3222, 2232, 2223). 10/8 would probably groove best as two groups of 3 and two groups of 2, in any order (2323, 2233, 3322, 3232, 2332, 3223).

If there are any time signatures you're confused about how to tackle, you could post about them and we could help.
