Sorry about the lack of pR0n lately, but this should make up for it. Nothings glued up at this point and the truss cavities haven't been cut, this is just mocking stuff up and whatnot.
Did ALL the necks today though.

This is the cap and headstock for one of the two fanned 8 string prototypes coming up.
This is the other one. Both might have snakewood fretboards or I might cut another cocobolo fretboard for it.

I just finished steel wooling the back of the neck last night. I just need to polish it up and put hte hardware back on it and let it sit under tension for a bit now.

Ahhh that. It's a thin piece of wood glued to the bottom of the neck blank. I'm doing it on all the guitars I build now.

Just got all the hardware onto it today, but i need to bore out the Hipshot knob a little more for the solid CTS pot. Sorry for the bad lighting, i took the shot around 2 in the morning.
