damn it those scallops or that 30 incher would be mine! If not spoken for of course. I love everything, well almost everything about it and now the fanned. Still hate I missed the 7 run.

I wanted to chime in on here, have you played a guitar with the semi-scallops? I was unsure about them, but dammit if they aren't some of the most comfortable things I've ever played on.

I wasn't totally sold on any kind of scalloping until i tried the graduated scallops Brian cut by hand on one of his early builds. You don't even notice they're there. You just notice that there's less wood in the way when you want to dig in and bend on the high strings. Feels great.

This actually. I wasn't sure how to phrase it but yeah, that's spot on. You don't notice they're even there until you go to do some bending and there is just NO resistance.

It's really great.

If it's yours, you're a lucky, lucky man.

Also wanted to ask all of you on the run, how many of you opted for Brian's assymetrical neck carve?

Hadn't posted in a while - here's stuff. Photobucket recently changed their entire site which pretty much f'd up everything on my account. I'm going to move it over at some point soon - it'll break pretty much every post in this thread.

That flamey green 8-string in the front of the rack looks pretty sweet... not sure if you posted pics of it earlier in the thread, but more pics would be awesome! (and a nice rack that is, BTW ;) )

Been too long since an update so i'll do it proper. Better outdoor shots tomorrow.

The headstock is the same color as the body, the lights at the store are just really bright.

Just wanna chime in, I visited Brian's place yesterday and got to try some of his guitars finally. Very impressed, the few he had laying around were set up great, played super easy, high-quality work up close. We had a long chat about his business outlook and the way he operates, upfront and honest. I think anyone should feel safe with your money in his hands; he'll take care of you.

A+ dude!
