then listen to the exact same preset in this video...


Why does it sound so much better in the 2nd video? I assume it is dual tracked. He says there is no post processing, but why does that 2nd video sound so much better and less noisy?

It's not any different. The first one is not double tracked and the second one is, but the tone is not any different.

The addition of a bass guitar under the rhythm track makes a big difference. It's all in your perception of the overall sound!
