Fully agreed.

Opeth has gotta be the only band around that I can listen to one track and experience more than I can with some bands' entire albums.

And I love the singer's voice. The growling bothered me at first, but only because I was recommended one of their tracks and was expecting something more melodic than what I heard. I only listened to the first minute or so then turned it off, didn't pick them up again until last year and gave it a proper listen and now I love it all.

Yeah, for anyone who likes "Atonement" and wants to hear more music of a similar style, check out anything by The Tea Party (except their new album which is more straight-forward rock, and Transmission, which is a heavier, more industrial album, but still awesome), especially their first two albums, and "The Interzone Mantras".
