Well I normally like more modest sounding pups, but I never played a guitar with EMG's myself so I didn't really know what to expect. They sure are spicy and their not even emg81-7 's
I'm pleasantly suprised with these, their way more rockin' then I expected but not tóó much so it's just right. Have to get used to the amount of gain I have to use with these though: way less!
i'm ordering one of these this weekend-and i have exactly the same problem!!
its going to take 2 months to get here, but in the black finish.
i wanted it in red but the shop i'm going to buy from says that would take up to 6 months!!!!
