Peavey 5150ii for Matrix GT1000

This may be a long shot, but would anybody out there be willing to trade their Matrix GT1000fx poweramp (preferably 1u, but I wouldn't say no to 2) for a Peavey 5150ii? Since getting my Axe FX ii about a month ago I've really wanted to use it as a part of my live rig. I'm open to offers for other poweramps depending upon what they are, but I've heard nothing but great things with the Matrixes.

i have a carvin v3m, you can get a rackmount kit for it from carvin and use that as a power amp haha
