Thanks everyone for all the compliments, I'm really pleased you appreciate the guitars.
Skinhead, yes that's my 8-string you have the picture of, it's a 28.5" scale, tuned from high E to low F# (like a 7 string with a low F#), it's a set of 7-string 9's I use for strings, with the heaviest bottom string I could get (might be a .70??). The body is zebrano with an ebony stripe up the middle, then it's a two piece maple neck with a scarf joint, and an ebony board, 24 fret. The bridge is Hipshot, and the pickups I build and wound myself (as a project). They sound great, I was very happy as they were my first self-built pickups, the guitar as a whole sounds huge. I guess it's mainly because there's so much mass in the body/neck (it weighs a ton!), although the increased string tension obviously helps aswell. Even on normal six string stuff it sounds huge!
And about the 7th tuner on the Tele7, I hate the look of the Squire 7-string head where it's longer than normal, so I decided to mount the extra tuner on the other side so I could keep the proportions of the head more to my taste.

Yes, I've had a couple of pics of your natural UV custom saved for quite a while now. That's the best looking UV I've ever seen. I show it to everyone. But now I have a new favorite. The tele is beautiful. Love the way you did the headstock. It's perfect.
Wow! Out of interest, how much would a body like that cost with 2 pickups?

That is some fabulous furniture you have there! I love HF swirl (Go figure!), but where is the one with your swirl? The spalt and the natural UNI are fantastic!
