I like my PODxt with a Carvin tube poweramp setup.

With my Vader. :D

It works for me because I don't have a use for the dual amps the Vetta uses; with the podxt, I can drag the bean with me traveling for practice/easy recording.

They both sound great though, IMO.

The POD+PA setup is just like a Vetta, except that it exchanges a cheap Chinese (I think) solid state power amp with sweet, sweet tubes, and you get to use a real cab with it!

If you get tired of the pod, you get a different preamp or even keep the pod and add a preamp at a later date.. Win win situation...
I had a digitech RP 300 a few years ago and my friend say they suck.. He couldn't believe the sound when I ran it through my tube power amp...

SS poweramps sound awful when turned up to gigging volumes, IMO. This is no exception with all line 6 heads i've played.

DEFINITELY get a tube poweramp for the POD

I'm torn.

The Framus Cobra is calling my name as well as a Line6 Digirig.

Though recently, I've found I prefer an old ass digitech preamp over my POD Pro
