I'm quite envious of you for going. They played here on a friggin' Thursday, which just doesn't work when I'm an hour from the city, and have to work early the next day.
Blackfield is awesome too.

Granted, I wasd blitzed by the end of the set on Friday, but he hasn't the first two times I caught him, and I'd be shocked if he did. Simply, Blackfield is a different band than Porcupine tree. Besides, I think he just finished a Blackfield tour.
