Problem with Schecter Omen Extreme 7

HI,i'm a newbie here,and i just got a schecter omen extreme 7,can anybody tell me why my 7th string on my schecter sound too bassy?it almost no clarity at all on that,i use SIT string power wound 010-058,i often play the song "twenty years" from the novelists and my schecter give a bad response when i touch the 7th string,although already changed bridge pickup to sd invader its still same,could anyone help the problem?thx

Yeeeeaaahh.... That's a bassy-as-hell pickup. If it's anything like the 6-string pickups, it'll be really high output with all bass and mids and no treble.
