Prog Band from MD

I'm a guitarist looking to start/join a prog band. I've already got some stuff written with my buddy who also plays guitar, but we've been using GP5 to fill the void of a bassist, drummer and keyboardist. If anyone's interested, influences should be:

Dream Theater
Symphony X
Opeth

If you like Yes, King Crimson, Porcupine Tree, or IQ that's awesome too.
