Radial JDX Reactor reactive amplifier direct box - introduction

I can't find any soundsamples and Radial don't answer one of my questions (since nov 2008).. Do anyone have experiences with (and soundsamples from) the JDX ?

I think It's a little expencive but if it sounds but it seems like a great tool to have around. If it sound fairly good.

I've got one and it is decent. Tighter and darker than a guitar cab miced with a sm-57.

Has anyone used this with a dummy load to simulate the cabinet, instead of actually using a cabinet?

This way it could be used in a quite environment for recording or headphone rehearsing?

I was actually thinking of getting one of these Radial boxes to use with a Tube Town Tone Hound!
