I've always been kind of a curious fan of these genres. But a total lack of knowledge have made it difficult for me to discover anything significant.

I'm looking for some accessible songs so I can start digging further by myself. To give you a hint at what direction I'm going for, I'm already enjoying works from artists such as Collide, Massive Attack, Ulver (Peridition City album in particular) mid-90's Madonna. I saw someone mention Autumn's Grey Solace in another thread which I'm listening to right now and I'm liking it a lot, but I would like something with a bit more electronic feel to it.

Oh, and I love female vocals.

Please help? :D

Ah, how could I forget about Portishead. They have some great songs. Under Byen is rolling right now. I think I need to get more.. acquainted with them before I can figure out if I like them or not. Will check out Lovage next.

Thanks!

When you say Industrial I instantly think Rammstein. Check them out.

That's actually really impressive!

Thievery Corporation is not bad, but needs a few more listens though. Kyoto Jazz Massive wasn't exactly what I'm looking for, I want a bit more ambient feel. Future Sound of London was pretty good. Reminds me of Orbital, Vibrasphere and that kind of stuff. Very nice. DJ Krush was a bit too stressful, I'm looking for something more chillaxing.

Thanks for all suggestions!

If you're feeling depressed, Rob Dougan will always help to bring you down a bit further. He's pretty awesome.

Everything else is already mentioned.

Oh, Sepiamusic is pretty nice with female vocals. Not exactly ambient or triphop but a bit closer to electronic pop.
