Recording vocals

What's the easiest way to record vocals with my laptop?
I can record guitar with my GT-10, but got nothing for vocals yet.
And what would I need? (apart from a mic of course)
Looking for decent quality recordings for EP's and all.

i recomend something like an alesis io-2 its a good qulity interface and portable so its perfect for a laptop.

getting the right type of mic for what you want is also important, for vocals in a studio environment i recommend a Rode NT1A Studio Condenser Microphone. its good for the price.

also, always use a pop shield in front of the microphone.
