Replacement nut for RG5328?

So i bought a pretty heavily used Ibanez RG5328 on reverb and am in the process of fixing it up a bit. One of the main issues was ( i think) the nut. It looks decently worn and i was getting some pretty bad buzzing on the open B and A strings.

The graphtech 1354-00 is a bit too narrow and doesn't look like it will work. Does anyone know where to get a replacement nut? Or will i need to get a blank and have it cut for the guitar?
