Resources specific for sevenstring guitars

Hi all,

After working through part of the Stetina series, enjoying Rock Discipline (yes enjoy, I have a masochistic streak..) and some other books I was wondering if there is anything specific written for 7 string rock/metal guitar?

I prefer learning from a book, where my teacher can't help me. He's a strictly 6-string guy.
