You should try poking around in some pawn shops and such. I found a 321 here in London a couple years ago for dirt cheap, back when it was still available in the black mahogany finish. I was broke at the time, but pawn shop should never be forgotten. Sometimes those pawn shop guys have NO idea what they've got.

Catch a bus. Look around.
