The proper way to fix this would be to countersink the bridge itself. You could file the saddles themselves down, but if not done properly with respect to engagement surfaces you'd be trashing the part.

Yep. It's my own dumbass fault too, I could've easily returned this guitar. But it was a long time ago and back then I didn't care about any of this stuff, I just wanted to play the guitar 🤣
