This should be cool.. Can I ask what program you are doing your design in? I have been using sketchup for a few days you can see it on my thread here. Anyways can't wait to see how the S shaped body holds up to an 8 string neck!

Those bridge saddles are quality. I wouldn't mind a few dozen milled myself.

I haven't completely assembled the truss rod. I will get some photos when I do.

Also for those curious about how bamboo machines, I was able to route the entire channel in one pass, without burns to the wood, but the bamboo can rip with the grain (fibers) as you can see above.
