I've come to the conclusion that i don't need a heavy as a tank FCB1010 /w UnO chip anymore (or better: i don't need a full midi function board.)
I want to use stompboxes and my Sansamp.
Therefore, i need a footswitch with which i can switch channels up and down with no limitation in numbers.
Someone working at thomann recommended me either a Hughes + Kettner FS-2 Doppelfußschalter or a G Lab GSC-2 System Controller
The 2nd piece of gear would be useful, but is there something else i could use?
2nd question:
i've got a western guitar which i want to be able to play through my rack.
is the sansamp able to do that or do i need a special acoustic preamp (pickups will be mounted..)?
3rd question:
are there rackcases which aren't heavy as hell and no problem to carry around? My last one was a solid 6 units one which weighted empty around 25kg.
