Faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahking hell that is insanely beautiful. Even just the headstock alone is some of the finest guitar porn I've ever seen. The figuring on the back is unreal, too.

it's an extraordinary musical instrument. i ordered it in july of "07 and it was delivered to me in feb of "08. 28" scale length, cedar top, brazilian rw back and sides, scalloped 24 fret board with 6105s. it has absolutely spoiled me.

I'll end having to pay a pretty insane price for a 7 string classical made by a reputable luthier. Easily above the 3 k range. But really if you're paying for a luthier build you're not going to skimp a thousand bucks when you are already paying 4 if it comes to getting something built by a reputable luthier and getting exactly what you want.
For me it's going to be Non cutaway. Eastern walnut back and sides. Spruce top (likely german). Ebony Fretboard. 7 string (B,E,A,D,G,B,E) Likely fanned fret (not extremely fanned but some to help with low b tension yet retain lighter tension on smalled strings for vibrato purposes.) Not sure on scale length yet.
