Chris Broderick - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Broderick's guitar features a locking tremelo but he uses a graphite nut instead of a sting lock nut, opting instead to use locking tuners. In his posts on the forum of SevenString.org he revealed that this is due to his only subtle use of the tremelo and the straight string pull of the guitar's tuners.
