I switched back to morning workouts since I'm finally off of that India project, and don't have people bugging me when I first get up lol
I'm moving back to a 4 day split too, more bodybuilding style instead of strength training for a while.
M/Th - squats, chest, tri's. light shoulders, calves
T/Fri- deadlift, back, bi's, proper shoulder workout, calves
doing lighter weight in the 8-12 rep range give or take for the most part.
