Silver Lefty RG7620 sighting?

My sister was just watching youtube one day and I notice this guy playing a guitar that looks like a silver 7620 lefty. I understand Ibanez never made a lefty 7620. Can anybody confirm if this is a custom?

Pause around 2:13 and 2:25 you can clearly see it's a silver ibanez 7.

I would think it's just a reversed image...7620's (to my knowledge) don't come with matching headstock colours and clean fretboards. May just be a custom also

I looked up his videos, he's lefty. It looks like a silver sparkle headstock. It's still a dot fretboard.
