Tomek has his own workshop and he is doing everything there by himself.

When Tomek started Blackcat he did get some help from Skervesen as he didn't have his onw workshop back then. Or at least from Sekrvesen luthiers if not Skervesen offically and he was open about that. As his brand took off he invested in having his own workshop. When he started he mentioned the above in this forum and clarified when he switched building them all by himself.
That has clearly have not been the case for a few years and I don't think anyone would be claiming Skervesen is a ghost builder for Blackcat. At that point of time it seemed like giving a helping hand to a friend to get started.
