It could be Dunlop 6000? I know Ibanez uses those on their PGM models, or atleast i heard.

Also, looking awesome again patrick! Not to keen on tele's, however i like your work!

holy crap, patrick! seriously, that looks insane! i love the rawness of it. the wet look of the finish, and the black pores, all of it just brings it together. it's got the look of raw nature!

Thanks guys :)

Its a distressed thype of finish, the pores are black filled and the body is also finished with the same dark finish, gives it this tobacco braun mahogany look and just brings out the wood grain of the zebrawood :)

Awesome work Patrick! Looks really sweet. Are you keeping this one for yourself or are you going to be selling it? I don't have any cash to buy it I was just wondering because I think this guitar will sell fast!

I'm going to recess the jack into the body....

Having a hard time figuring that one out

I will have to go buy a special bit to cut the recess on the body side... :agreed:

To dangerous to drill it out with a normal bit, may tear the wood...

I agree with your opinions on maple, ebony n bloodwood are much cooler / better imo
i just wish the Huff man would throw n OFR on one of the guitars, or a Kahler, the hardtail is the only thing preventing me from ordering a Hufschmid one day :(

(Patrick should make a guitar with everything he hates, OFR, neck through, etc so i can buy it....)

Bigsby vibrato :metal:

Nice work, Patrick. I especially approve of the white stripe running the length of the body. It almost makes it seem like a neck-thru. HERESY!

Thats the part of the wood that most wood users would throw away, in french we call it the aubié, its the part which is softer just before hitting the skin of the tree...

Forgot the name in english

As a cap its really nice and decorative :yesway:

The white part on this picture...

Heartwood? I believe that's the name of the paler section of my rosewood fretboard on my ES335. Hottest birthmark I've ever seen. :)

no, heartwood would be the center of the pic...

Thats the figuring of the zebra top, the white center part of the guitar top you mention is the white part of this picture...
