I occasionaly have a gig that I need to plug into a PA with my various pedals (M9, Pork Loin, Dr Swamp, etc) and need something like an amp/cabinet simulator, preferably around $100

I have thought about the Tech21 character pedals like the Blonde or British, or an R3FX Cabinet Simulator in a pedal. I need something that does nice cleans.

This guy is using a Pocket Pod as a speaker sim which may be the route I may go

Any thoughts? Suggestions?

I'd go R3FX as the guy can tailor to the sound you want, add EQs, etc...
And he is relatively cheap for a custom maker.

Pod xt imo, it'll have a better amount of flexability than a pocket pod and has some of the best amps sounds of the pod family.
also it can be used with any midi controller
