Pretty sure that's the right one...Rocky paratrooper boots with the zipper on the side. I've been wearing them for about 10 years, I think I'm on my 4th pair of them. The soles get worn out after a couple years or so. The current ones are about due for retirement, actually.

For work it's these. (or an old pair of black vans if I'm feeling lazy)

And for casual wear usually these.

I'm aiming to get a pair of these, though.

I work in the shoe department of a department store, so I see quite a bit of stuff, haha.

In general the sole is thinner than a lot of other brands, so forget wearing them on rough ground, but for every day/street shoes they're awesome...
