String stretch, how much time?

Just have this doubt. I'm planning on recording on Sunday, but I wanna change strings tomorrow (Saturday). 24 hours is ok for strings to stretch?

Ibanez 7 string Floyd Rose like tremolo. I generally leave them 2 or 3 days, but I don't wanna stall recording sessions this time.

I would wait, especially if you have a trem.

Stretch them yourself - its a very important step when changing strings. Here's a link to a video giving a basic overview of the process.

yep! stretch like a mofo... it wont hurt anything to tug the string slowly but hard. Just dont go all steve vai on the trem to try and stretch that way. 1 day will be fine, should take 20 min of stretching tuning and playing.
