The scale is 25.5 and the body is ash with a quilted maple top.

They're made in conjunction with ESP.

Unlikely to be a special edition - the Japanese market gets stuff like this all the time - they've had some seriously nice Schecters. My only complaint is that the ones you've played don't touch these - they feel like something else entirely. Incredible, not deserving of that blight on the headstock.
