Got some oil on Brian's multiscale Salome 7 yesterday. Should be ready for assembly next week.

Got the Salome 7 multiscale set up and strung up:

Hipshot bridges and tuner, BKP Juggernauts, Freeway 6-way switch. Good times, good times.

Thanks, man! I think so too. It was one of those killer pieces I saw and knew I had to buy. Found a use for it pretty quickly.

Getting ready for the Guitar & Bass Expo in Wyomissing, PA on August 20. I spent part of yesterday getting the Astrid 7 prototype restrung and set up. Man, I'd forgotten how much I like this guitar, especially dig the live edge on the quilted top.

Also, she glows.

Got this polar bear inlaid today. Gonna be cool, I think.

Soon the two shall be one! The spalted piece was supposed to be a full body, but it was too light for this model. Nobody likes neck dive. NOBODY. So, I made a walnut body for it and relegated it to a top. Love the contrast.

Before the Guitar & Bass Expo this weekend, putting some BKPs in a local guy's Ibanez 7. Cold Sweat neck, Abraxas bridge.

Had a blast at the Guitar and Bass Expo last weekend. Any of you guys make it?
Rosario from Gear Guys Radio really loved the Astrid 7 prototype. Seen with it here:

Here's a pic of my booth. Got some video of the 42-fret custom on Instagram, but for some reason (read: using the iOS 10 beta), I can't find the video in my phone. Until I figure that out, you can check it on Insta on my agapeguitars profile.

Got some work done on the Arctic-themed Junia commission. Position markers routed:

This Astrid is almost ready for finish. NEVER buying khaya (species of African mahogany) again. It's the worst sanding wood in the history of ever.

Got this Eve back from finish with several imperfections, so had to part ways with my finish guy, as this wasn't the first time it had happened. Glad to say it was amicable, though. Decided that stripping it and refinishing would suck out my soul, so put a big discount on it, and it sold in a day. Prepping it to go to its new home today.

Got a new commission starting: a 7 string, multiscale Sif. Here's the walnut body rough cut, with the redwood that's gonna be the top.
